Start freeWhy we publish prices instead of "request a quote"
Two of the largest players in tree service software make you talk to sales before you see a number. SingleOps lists tiers on its site but has raised list prices twice in recent history. ArboStar doesn't publish pricing at all, and its contracts allow a fee increase of up to 10% per year after your first term.
We built ArboristDesk the other way around: the price on this page is the price in your invoice, and it's locked for a year the day you sign up. If we change list prices later, that change doesn't touch your account until your 12 months are up — and we'll tell you before it does.
What happens if my crew grows mid-season
Upgrade from Starter to Growth (or Growth to Pro) in a couple of clicks, any time. You're billed the difference for the rest of your current cycle, and your new plan's price gets its own 12-month lock starting from the day you upgrade.
Billing questions
Straight answers, no fine print you have to hunt for.
Is pricing really flat, no hidden fees?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay — one flat monthly (or yearly) fee per plan, plus a fixed per-extra-user rate that's also published on this page. No custom quotes, no sales call required to see a number.
What does the 12-month price lock actually mean?
The rate you sign up at is guaranteed for at least 12 months from your signup date. If we ever raise list prices, your existing subscription keeps the old rate until your 12-month lock expires — you get advance notice before any change applies to you.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly billing is paid upfront for 12 months and works out to roughly 13% less per month than paying monthly — for example Starter drops from $79/mo to $69/mo. Features are identical either way; only the billing cadence and discount change.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time and you're charged the difference pro-rata for the rest of your billing cycle. Downgrade at your next renewal date. Your 12-month price lock carries over to the new plan at the new plan's locked rate.
Is there a free trial, and do I need a credit card?
Every plan includes a free 14-day trial with no credit card required. You pick a plan and enter payment details only when you're ready to continue past the trial.
How do extra users get billed?
Each plan includes a set number of users. Add more at a fixed rate — $12/mo on Starter, $15/mo on Growth, $18/mo on Pro — billed on the same cycle as your plan. That per-user rate is locked along with your plan price.
