Tree service software that works in the field
Estimates, crew scheduling, invoicing and QuickBooks sync β built for tree care companies with 2-15 people. Public pricing, no demo calls.
Built on a phone, on-site, in 4 minutes. This is the product.
Free 14-day trial Β· No credit card Β· Works offlineStep 1 Β· The problem
Sound familiar?
- βEstimates scribbled in a notebook, retyped at night
- βCrew schedule lives in three group chats
- βInvoices go out late β or not at all
- βYour current software raised prices again this year
Quote a removal on-site from your phone, drop it on the calendar, invoice the same day, and watch it land in QuickBooks on its own.
Step 2 Β· How it works
See it before you sign up
Every screen below is the real app β app.arboristdesk.com, not a mockup.

The app

What your client gets
Pin a tree, add species and condition, get a priced line item in seconds. The property map goes straight into the client PDF.
Live in the app
Drag a job onto a day and crew. Color shows status at a glance β no more group texts to figure out who's where.
Live in the app
One tap turns a signed estimate into an invoice. No retyping line items.
Live in the app
Signal drops in the field, not your work. Jobs, photos and notes sync the moment you're back online.
Live in the appStep 3 Β· Who's behind it
Built by two people who've held a chainsaw
No client logos here yet. Here's what's true instead.
Built for one industry, not repainted from another
ArboristDesk isn't a general field-service tool with a tree icon slapped on. Estimates, crew schedules and invoicing are built around how tree crews actually work β species, risk, property maps.
Now onboarding our first crews
We're early β that means direct access to the people building this, fast fixes, and pricing that won't creep up later.
See the 12-month price lock βTalk to a real person, not a sales queue
Questions before you commit? Email us β you'll hear back from the people who built the estimate tool, not a scheduler.
Ask a questionStep 4 Β· In the field
Built for gloves, glare and spotty signal
Your office is a truck cab. ArboristDesk works as a fast mobile app that keeps working offline and syncs when you're back in coverage β because a quote you can't save isn't a quote.

Prices as listed on vendor websites, re-checked 2026-08-03. Treezi's rate is per user, not a flat fee, so it isn't directly comparable to a flat-priced plan without knowing your user count. ArboStar publishes no dollar figure at all β third-party marketplaces (Capterra, GetApp) estimate $150-250/mo, but that's not a number ArboStar itself publishes. ArborNote's own pricing page and its own on-page comparison table show two different Essential-plan figures ($240/mo vs. $200/mo) that don't reconcile with each other, noted here rather than resolved. Verify current pricing directly on each vendor's site before relying on it.

Step 7 Β· Last questions
Questions owners actually ask
Do I need a demo call to see the price?
No. Pricing is on this page, checkout is self-serve, and the trial is the demo.
Does it work offline in the field?
Yes β estimates and job details work offline and sync automatically when youβre back in coverage.
Can I import my customers from spreadsheets?
Yes, CSV import is built in. Bring customers, properties and price lists.
What if I outgrow my plan mid-season?
