ArboristDesk vs SingleOps
Both are software built for tree and green industry companies. Here's how the entry pricing and included features actually compare, using SingleOps' own published tiers.
Pricing side by side
SingleOps publishes three tiers: Essential, Plus and Premier, billed monthly or at roughly a 9% discount when paid yearly. ArboristDesk publishes three tiers as well, sized by crew rather than by feature tier.
| Tier | ArboristDesk | SingleOps |
|---|---|---|
| Entry | $79/mo (Starter) | $220/mo (Essential) |
| Mid | $149/mo (Growth) | $385/mo (Plus) |
| Top | $249/mo (Pro) | $550/mo (Premier) |
| Extra user | $12–18/mo (fixed, by tier) | $55–150/mo (by tier) |
| Price-lock guarantee | 12 months, in writing | Not published |

What's included at each level
SingleOps' published breakdown: Essential covers estimating, scheduling, client management and invoicing. Plus adds tree inventory, a client portal and QuickBooks integration. Premier adds route optimization, business insights and timesheet integrations.
ArboristDesk's Starter plan covers estimating, scheduling, invoicing, a mobile app and basic CRM. QuickBooks sync, tree inventory and a client portal are included starting on Growth — one tier below SingleOps' equivalent (Plus). Route optimization and job costing sit on Pro, the same relative position as SingleOps' Premier.
The QuickBooks difference
On SingleOps, QuickBooks sync requires the Plus tier at $385/mo. On ArboristDesk, it's included on Growth at $149/mo — a direct, checkable difference if QuickBooks sync is the deciding feature for your business.
Per-user pricing
SingleOps charges $55–150/mo per additional user depending on tier. ArboristDesk charges $12–18/mo per additional user. If you're running more than one or two office/sales seats, this adds up differently between the two products — worth running the math on your own team size.
A note on price stability
SingleOps' current published tiers reflect at least one round of price increases relative to older figures. That's their prerogative as a vendor — we're not implying anything improper about it. What we can offer as a newer, smaller company is a specific written guarantee: whatever plan you sign up for is locked at that rate for 12 months, even if our list prices change during that period.
